Steve is a Portfolio Manager at NYL Investors on the real estate equity team. He oversees many functions involved in managing the investment objectives and his role includes ensuring that strategy is consistently maintained through ongoing interaction with the acquisition and asset management teams.
Steve joined the real estate team in 2007. Previously, he served as Assistant Portfolio Manager at Principal Real Estate Investors, managing commercial real estate assets for retirement plans and institutional clients. He began his career in commercial real estate in 1996.
Steve earned a B.S. in Engineering Science from Iowa State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Iowa.
