Ryan is the Head of ESG at NYL Investors responsible for leading the development and execution of the firms’ responsible investing strategy.

Ryan joined the firm in 2014, serving as the Head of Strategy, Planning and Communications. Previously, he worked as a research analyst for two equity investment boutiques, Cramer, Rosenthal, McGlynn and Salient Partners. He worked at GE Asset Management for 13 years in a variety of roles in finance, research, and portfolio management. While at GE, he successfully obtained his Black Belt certification in Quality Assurance and led several strategic projects across the business. He has worked in the financial services industry for 25 years.

Ryan earned a B.A. in Economics from Connecticut College.
